Project Coordination Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Amana Living.
Job DescriptionThe primary objective of this role is to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and coordinating the utilisation of resources across departments to achieve project targets.
The Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance with project requirements and will be responsible for documenting instructions for end-users and assisting with testing of the final product.
Key Responsibilities- Define project objectives, scope, roles and responsibilities
- Manage resource availability and allocation
- Prepare detailed project plans and track costs
- Manage delivery of projects according to plan
- Track project status and provide regular reports
- Identify and mitigate potential risks
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Excellent experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC/Waterfall
- Strong leadership and diplomatic skills
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and decisive with the ability to adapt to change
Amana Living offers a competitive salary package, including:
- Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per annum
