Recovery Clinician Job Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Recovery Specialist to support our multidisciplinary community team in Melbourne.

About the Role

This permanent, full-time (or part-time considered) position involves working with a multidisciplinary community team to deliver recovery support services to individuals experiencing mental health challenges.

As a Senior Clinician, you will be responsible for clinical services across all mental illnesses, working closely with Consultant Psychiatrists and other clinicians to provide intervention and management planning, supervision, and mentoring.

  • Deliver expert clinical care and guidance to clients
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Mentor and supervise junior clinicians
  • Participate in clinical governance through regular review meetings
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • AHPRA Registration as Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker with relevant postgraduate qualifications
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good knowledge of Victorian Mental Health Act 2014 and related legislation
  • Leadership skills and ability to support team leaders and seniors
  • Experience in managing complex client caseloads
