Experienced Window and Door Installer

As a seasoned installer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality installations of aluminum double-glazed windows and doors. Your expertise will be invaluable in managing the installation process, from precise measurement to completion, ensuring each project meets our exceptional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver top-quality installations of aluminum double-glazed windows and doors.
  • Precise measurement of final retrofits/renovations and new builds for order and production.
  • Liaison with customers during visits to ensure work scope is clearly detailed and any complexities are identified.
  • Efficient scheduling of installs and material orders for each customer.
  • Coordinating and managing workload.
  • Proactively identifying and solving issues.
  • Showing excellent organizational skills.
  • Coaching and training installers and trades assistants.
  • Ensuring every project is completed fully and to customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience with double-glazing systems preferably aluminum.
  • A relevant glass/glazing qualification eg Level III Glass and Glazing or equivalent work experience.
  • Good experience in the building industry relating to carpentry/renovation.
  • A can-do attitude, attention to detail, taking responsibility for decisions at work, and a positive work ethic.
