Senior Production Supervisor

Are you a skilled fabricator looking for a challenging and rewarding role? As a Lead Fabricator, you will be responsible for leading production teams to deliver high-quality products on time and in accordance with quality assurance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the Factory Manager to ensure production planning and delivery align with company policies and procedures.
- Recruit, train, and manage production teams to maintain factory OHS standards.
- Contribute to supply chain reviews and ongoing training for team members.
- Ensure machinery maintenance and participate in production-related business initiatives.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 5 years of experience fabricating UPVC products, focusing on double glazing.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and executing UPVC fabrication teams.
- In-depth knowledge of UPVC materials, tools, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in glazing or construction trades are desirable.
