About the Position

Our company specializes in manufacturing and installing high-quality uPVC double glazed window and door systems, primarily serving Western Australia.

Summary of Role

The role involves leading production from the front to ensure that production plans are delivered productively on time and in accordance with established company policies.

Liaison with factory management regarding production planning & delivery, recruitment, induction, training, development, and ongoing performance management of the production team.

Responsibility for upholding and managing factory occupational health and safety, contributing to supply chain and supplier performance reviews, and participating in production-related business initiatives.

Key Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience fabricating UPVC products, focusing on double glazing, with proven leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of UPVC materials, tools, and manufacturing processes.

Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
