Job Opportunity: Experienced Human Resources Manager Required

We are seeking a skilled and strategic Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.

The role will involve collaborating with leadership to address current and future workforce needs, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture, and managing employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.

  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance procedures.
  • Implement and oversee performance management systems to drive employee engagement and development.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance evaluations and goal-setting.
  • Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the workforce.
  • Implement career development initiatives to retain and grow internal talent.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive in the talent market.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar position.
