This role can be performed remotely from anywhere in Australia or on a hybrid basis from our Brisbane location.

The Role

">

You'll partner closely with our Chief Financial Officer to lead and strengthen the finance function across the Group. You'll oversee a team of experienced professionals, drive process improvements, and ensure our finance function is resilient and scalable as the business grows.

  • Partner with the CFO to deliver strategic finance initiatives and lift team capability">
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring accurate reporting, strong controls, and smooth operations">
  • Closely manage due diligence findings and embed compliance frameworks">
  • Strengthen cost control and reporting cadence to deliver timely insights for decision-making">
  • Ensure robust revenue recognition practices and standardised billing across the Group">
  • Owning month-end and year-end close processes with accuracy and timeliness">
  • Manage relationships with auditors, tax advisers, and banking partners">
  • Champion continuous improvement across finance processes, systems, and reporting">

About You

  • ">
  • A Chartered Accountant/CPA qualified with 7+ years' post-qualified experience">
  • Strong technical grounding combined with commercial acumen">
  • A proven track record in finance process improvement and transformation">
  • SaaS, technology, or PE-backed business experience preferred">
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to guide a high-performing team">
  • Strong systems capability (Xero, HubSpot, BI/reporting tools desirable)">
