Administrative Support Professional

Position Summary
Support the Business Advisory division in all administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and providing exceptional support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organise meetings, preparing agendas, supporting documentation, room bookings, and invitations;
- Manage the team’s mail, sorting, recording, and delivering it in a timely manner;
- Ensure outgoing mail is recorded and mailed daily;
- Maintain the archiving system, retrieving and destroying files as required;
- Perform general administrative duties for the team, including scanning, filing documents, maintaining registers, and office reception tasks;
- Answer telephones and check voicemail messages;
- Make deliveries for the office as needed;
- Assist with travel arrangements;
- Support marketing activities for the division;
- Process new client applications;
- Assist with data entry duties, including bank reconciliations and transaction recording;
Education Requirements:
Essential
- Completion of Year 12
Desirable
- Certificate in Business Administration
Demonstrated Experience & Attributes
Essential
- 12-18 months in a similar role
- Strong Communication Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
