Early Childhood Centre Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Centre Administrator to join our team at Green Leaves Early Learning Maida Vale. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to contribute to the success of our brand new centre.
About the RoleThe successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our centre, providing exceptional support to our educators and families, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome children and families with a friendly and professional demeanor whilst maintaining confidentiality.
- Conduct visitor tours and assist with children's enrolments and new team orientations.
- Utilise our systems to manage accounts and monitor ongoing payments, following up as required.
- Prioritise tasks and focus on managing phone, email, and walk-in queries with relevant information according to company procedure.
- Liaise with external suppliers/contractors and report back to the Centre Director with quotes/expenditure requests for submission (as per company procedure).
- Perform general administrative tasks in an accurate, reliable, and honest manner.
- Availability from Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week with shifts between 7.30am and 5.30pm.
- Current Working with Children's Check.
- Current Child Protection Training.
- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates.
- Police Check and PRODA Number (or willing to obtain).
