We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Education Director to join our team at Green Leaves Early Learning. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience for our children.
About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced leader who is passionate about early childhood education. You will be responsible for developing and implementing curriculum that fosters creativity, curiosity, and a love of learning in our children.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement curriculum that aligns with the National Quality Standards
- Mentor and support our educators to ensure high-quality educational programs
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support our vision and values
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including:
- A annual salary range of $90,000 - $110,000, depending on experience
- A generous benefits package, including above-Award wages, paid weekly
- Ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in early childhood education or a related field
- Significant experience in leading teams and developing educational programs
- An up-to-date Working with Children's Check and Child Protection Training
- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates
