Job Description

PADI has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and organized Marketing Manager to lead the Asia Pacific marketing team. The successful candidate will support global marketing strategies, execute regional marketing initiatives, and foster growth across multiple countries and regions.

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and evaluating all marketing initiatives. You will apply and implement global marketing initiatives across the Asia Pacific region, create and execute regionally relevant marketing campaigns, and lead and inspire the marketing team.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications, 4+ years' experience in marketing, and demonstrated success leading high-performing marketing teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, along with strong commercial acumen and a goal-oriented mindset.
