Marketing Leader Role

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Leader to join our team and drive regional initiatives throughout Asia Pacific.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in marketing, with a strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies across the Asia Pacific region.
  • Plan, direct, and evaluate all marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with broader business goals.
  • Develop and execute regionally relevant marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and inspire a dynamic marketing team, encouraging creativity and metric-driven results.
  • Track and monitor the effectiveness of regional marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze digital performance metrics and optimize strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications.
  • 4+ years' experience in marketing with a proven track record ideally in B2B environments.
  • Demonstrated success leading high-performing marketing teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and team-oriented.
  • Excellent IT skills including MS365, Salesforce, and Tableau. Wrike and/or Asana preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of social media platforms.
  • A PADI Instructor and/or Dive Shop Management experience (desirable).
  • Experience working internationally (desirable).
  • Fluent in an Asian language (desirable).
  • Willingness and ability to work at our office in Brookvale, Sydney Australia.
