About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Boilermaker to join our maintenance crew in the Bowen Basin. As a Boilermaker, you will be responsible for performing shutdown works safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on wash plant and dragline equipment
  • Work on a 4/4/4 DIDO roster with 12-hour shifts
  • Collaborate with the maintenance crew to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
  • Australian Recognised Trade Certificate
  • Ability to pass a 3G/4G Flux Core Weld Test
  • EWP (HRWL) - highly regarded but not essential
  • Working at Heights training
  • Enter and Work in Confined Space training
  • Gas Test Atmosphere training
  • Standard 11 - highly regarded but not essential
  • BMA Core Induction - highly regarded but not essential
  • Coal Board Medical - highly regarded but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence
  • Proof of right to work in Australia
