About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Boilermaker to join our team as a Leading Hand. As a key member of our workshop division, you will be responsible for leading a team of trade-qualified boilermakers and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of boilermakers to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement effective work plans and schedules
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives
  • Provide guidance and training to junior boilermakers
Requirements
  • Trade qualification in boilermaking
  • Experience in a leading hand or supervisory role
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and commitment to safety
