We are seeking a skilled Boilermaker to join our maintenance crew in the Bowen Basin. This role involves performing shutdown works safely and efficiently, working on a 4/4/4 DIDO roster with 12-hour shifts.
As a Boilermaker with Monadelphous, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including shutdowns, maintenance, and construction. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality results and ensuring the safety of our employees and the community.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of boilermaking principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and be willing to learn and adapt to new situations.

What we are looking for:
- Australian Recognised Trade Certificate
- Ability to pass a 3G/4G Flux Core Weld Test
- EWP (HRWL) - highly regarded but not essential
- Working at Heights training
- Enter and Work in Confined Space training
- Gas Test Atmosphere training
- Standard 11 - highly regarded but not essential
- BMA Core Induction - highly regarded but not essential
- Coal Board Medical - highly regarded but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence
- Proof of right to work in Australia
