Are you mechanically minded, reliable, and committed to high-quality workmanship? Lusty Tech Pty Ltd, a trusted name in the Low Loader and Side Tipper market, is growing its team. We're seeking skilled Semi-Trailer Technicians to join us at our Karrabin, QLD facility.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on role where you'll be working across both our Finish Line and Repairs & Maintenance divisions. You'll be involved in:

  • Finish Line – Final trailer fit-outs, hydraulics, wiring, paint touch-ups, and inspections prior to delivery.
  • Repairs & Maintenance – Servicing, structural and mechanical repairs, diagnostics, and general trailer maintenance.

Location: Karrabin QLD 4306

Position: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
  • General assembly, repairs, maintenance, and servicing of semi-trailers including low loaders, side tippers, and flat tops
  • Welding and fabrication
  • Finishline
  • Diagnosing and repairing structural, mechanical, and suspension issues
  • Maintaining safety and quality standards
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in trailer or heavy vehicle assembly and repairs (or related mechanical trade)
  • Welding and fabrication skills (preferred but not essential)
  • Problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
  • High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
  • Physically fit for hands-on, workshop-based work
  • Must have own tools.
