About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our CEO in the education industry.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing high-level support to senior executives, with a strong focus on building relationships, managing complex schedules, and coordinating meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide executive support to the CEO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports and documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Assist the CEO with the preparation of presentations, briefing papers, and other documentation.
  • Manage the flow of information to and from the CEO's office, ensuring timely progression of projects.
  • Take the lead in organizing committee meetings, including preparing agendas, distributing materials, and taking minutes.
About You
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, specifically supporting C-suite executives (CEO preferred).
  • Proactive and adaptable, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with senior leaders.
  • Highly detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be available to work onsite in the CBD, five days per week.
