Job Overview

The Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority is responsible for the long-term protection, ecologically sustainable use, understanding and enjoyment of the Great Barrier Reef.

This role involves managing compliance with Environmental Management Charge (EMC) obligations and supporting positive compliance outcomes through effective management and delivery of the Marine Parks permission compliance program.

Key responsibilities include conducting desktop and field audits across the Marine Park, preparing official correspondence and audit documentation, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve compliance goals.
