Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of 3 baristas to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
- Coffee and Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to our customers.
- Food Presentation: Display and present food beautifully to enhance the customer experience.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced, fun environment.
- Rostering and Inventory Management: Create rosters and manage inventory to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
- Event Planning: Arrange and present platters for kids' parties and special events.
Requirements:
- Barista Skills: Strong barista skills and experience in a cafe or coffee shop environment.

- Customer Service: Passion for customer service and attention to detail.
