About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Advisor to join our team at Frontline Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will provide specialist health and safety support and advice to project management staff, subcontractors, and workers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of health and safety plans and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Provide training and advice to team members and subcontractors on health and safety procedures and protocols.
  • Conduct regular reviews and risk analysis to identify potential hazards and implement controls.
  • Manage and develop relationships with employees and stakeholders to promote a positive health and safety culture.
  • Investigate incidents and report on findings to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum Cert IV in OH&S.
  • Proven experience in a WHS role within the commercial industry.
  • Previous experience working for a head contractor is essential.
  • Strong understanding of the latest OH&S legislation and regulations.
  • Experience working on new build projects over $50M.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
