About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Advisor to join our team at Frontline Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will provide specialist HSE support and advice to project management staff, subcontractors, and workers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of health and safety plans
  • Ensure legislation is adhered to
  • Provide training and advice to team members and subcontractors
  • Conduct reviews and risk analysis
  • Manage and develop relationships with employees and stakeholders
  • Incident investigation and reporting
Requirements
  • Minimum Cert IV in OH&S
  • 3-5+ years in a WHS role within the commercial industry
  • Previous experience working for a head contractor is essential
  • Strong understanding of latest OH&S legislation
  • Experience working on new build projects $50M+
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills
