Job Title:

Regional Care Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Enrolled Nurse to join our team in a regional setting. As a Regional Care Coordinator, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to patients and work alongside Registered Nurses and Midwives to deliver care that meets professional standards.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for taking ownership of your practice under supervision and growing your skills and career in a supportive environment.
  • Your experience in nursing care in a healthcare setting is essential, including computer packages like Microsoft Word and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high-quality care to patients in a regional environment.
  2. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care.
  3. Take responsibility for your own practice and contribute to a positive team culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • You must be an Enrolled or eligible to enroll as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
  • A current practicing certificate is also required.
