Role Description:

rhi is seeking a skilled Payroll Advisor to contribute to our team's success. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering quality payroll services and improving business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage payroll processing transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain the HR/Payroll system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data.
  • Support staff with payroll-related queries and provide expert advice on payroll matters.
  • Maintain payroll system integrity through sound administrative practices.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in payroll administration, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

A tertiary qualification in human resource management or a certificated payroll qualification is highly desirable.
