Everyday Independence is seeking experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners to provide therapy services to NDIS participants in the Wyndham region.
Your Key Responsibilities- Utilize assessment and intervention skills to support participants in achieving their goals and maximizing NDIS funding
- Develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans with function-based strategies, utilising positive behaviour support framework
- Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA)
- Collaborate within interdisciplinary teams to address complex behavioural challenges
- A competitive salary package of approximately $65,000 - $90,000 per year
