About the Role

Everyday Independence is seeking experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners to provide therapy services to NDIS participants in the Wyndham region.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize assessment and intervention skills to support participants in achieving their goals and maximizing NDIS funding
  • Develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans with function-based strategies, utilising positive behaviour support framework
  • Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA)
  • Collaborate within interdisciplinary teams to address complex behavioural challenges

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualification (Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, Psychological/Social Science or related field)
