Dispatch Coordination Specialist

Key responsibilities include:
  • Pick, pack, and prepare mail, print, and digital products for dispatch.
  • Organize schedules, manage courier pickups, and maintain delivery timelines.
  • Track stock, update records, and maintain accuracy across systems.
  • Check and verify outgoing products meet quality standards.
  • Use dispatch tools, scanners, and software to record and monitor orders.
  • Communicate with internal teams and customers to resolve queries.
  • Maintain safe work practices and follow compliance procedures
