About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as a General Manager - Health Service Leader. As a key member of the Ngaanyatjarra Council Group Leadership Team, you will provide strategic direction and leadership to our health services, ensuring they are delivered in an accountable and culturally appropriate manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to our health services, ensuring they are delivered in an accountable and culturally appropriate manner.
  • Develop and implement effective governance frameworks to ensure transparency and accountability in operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders, government agencies, and funding bodies.
  • Manage budgets, secure grant funding, and oversee financial reporting to ensure operational efficiency and sustainability.
  • Lead complex projects and navigate challenging environments effectively, leveraging your project management skills and expertise.

About You:

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled leader who has a strong commitment to enhancing health outcomes for Aboriginal communities. You will have a proven track record in managing health services in remote settings, with a deep understanding of the unique social and economic challenges faced by these communities.

Requirements:
