Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and detailed tracking of project timelines, budgets, and performance indicators.
  • Use data to forecast project outcomes accurately and make informed decisions.
  • Develop comprehensive project schedules that are realistic and flexible enough to accommodate changes.
  • Implement strict cost control measures to keep the project within financial targets.
  • Regularly review and adjust budgets to reflect project realities and ensure financial health.
  • Deliver detailed reports that provide deep insights into project status, resource usage, and performance trends.
  • Effectively manage changes in project scope, schedules, and costs.
  • Ensure seamless integration of project control functions into the broader project management framework.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Additional certification in project controls, such as PSP or PMI-SP, is advantageous.
  • 10+ years in project controls within the construction or energy sectors.
  • Strong skills in project management software and methodologies.
  • Advanced analytical skills for project data analysis and performance metrics.
