Job Opportunity: Support Professional

This role involves working within a team to provide administrative support across multiple departments. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.

The key responsibilities of this position include maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, taking meeting minutes, drafting employment contract letters, and providing advice on personnel matters in collaboration with the Business Manager.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook, and will have confidence using other office equipment and systems.
