We are seeking a dedicated Support Professional to provide exceptional care and assistance to individuals in their homes.

This role offers a diverse and highly rewarding experience, with ongoing training and professional development throughout your career.

About the Role

Have experience working with participants on the Spectrum and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

You will be a fast learner with sound computer skills, able to complete tasks in a timely and professional manner while supporting clients with NDIS and life skill goals.

Independently and as part of a team, you will work collaboratively with family and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Clients with daily living duties and personal care needs.
  • Transport clients to and from appointments and community activities.
  • Support clients to work towards their personal goals and aspirations.
  • Engage clients with a Person-Centered approach and build meaningful relationships.
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Hold a minimum Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate III in Aged Care.
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Manual Handling, NDIS Worker Check, Working with Children Clearance and completed NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
  • Full, current SA Driver's License and own vehicle.
