About the Job:
On is expanding its operations team in Oceania and is seeking a logistics process improvement manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving process clarification and standardization through training staff members of our LSP on vendor guidelines, as well as monitoring warehouse KPIs and investigating anomalies. Your mission is to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders at On to ensure timely delivery and order prioritization for outgoing customer orders and non-merchandise products.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive process clarification and standardization through training staff members of our LSP on vendor guidelines
  • Monitor warehouse KPIs and investigate anomalies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize orders and manage inventory
  • Support volume forecasting and order management processes

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
- Proven track record in managing LSPs and improving logistics operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
