Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at Talenza. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for analysing and improving business processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit and billing, with experience in leveraging Business Analysis tools to gather and document business requirements. You will work closely with finance and operations teams to streamline billing workflows and enhance system capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effective Stakeholder Management: Engage with key business stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into actionable insights.
  • Business Analysis & Tools Utilisation: Leverage Business Analysis tools to gather, document, and analyse business requirements.

Credit & Billing Expertise: Apply deep domain knowledge in credit and billing to assess existing processes and recommend improvements.

Project & Process Optimisation: Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiencies through process reengineering and automation.

Performance Tracking & Reporting: Develop insightful reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and project success metrics.
