Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and inspire guests through each guest interaction, from arrival to departure, and ensure a seamless and memorable experience.
  • Lead your bell team in general operational tasks, assist other front office associates, and provide motivation and support to the team.
  • Be an expert on the hotel and the surrounding area, reinforcing our commitment to wellness and creating intimate and distinctive experiences for our guests.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, creating opportunities for future bookings and loyalty.
  • Plan and execute team-building activities to enhance the overall wellbeing and engagement of our associates.
  • Anticipate and meet the wellbeing requirements and requests of our guests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Be the main point of contact for all external and internal clients for the department and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

About You:

  • A current driver's license and relevant experience in a similar supervisory role.
  • Working rights in Australia and a strong desire to escalate your career.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and energized in a fast-paced environment, with a smart solution-focused attitude.
