We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trade Counter/Delivery Driver. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales and orders, and delivering customer orders around the local area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process sales and orders, including preparing customer quotes and managing inventory.
  • Maintain the branch warehouse, including picking, packing, and consigning orders, unloading, unpacking, and wrapping stock.
  • Deliver customer orders around the local area, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate computing skills and experience with retail software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Driver's License and ideally a forklift license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
