Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Operations Supervisor to join our team at Wyndham Destinations. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of events across our properties, as well as ensuring exceptional service in our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage event setup and breakdown, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Oversee operations of Beaches Restaurant, ensuring exceptional service.
  • Handle operational duties including opening and closing procedures.
  • Assist with roster planning, ordering, and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role or Food and Beverage environment within a Resort or Hotel at a supervisory level.
  • Previous leadership or management experience.
  • Hold a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification.
  • A current Food Safety Certificate.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
  • A passion for everything food and beverage and sound knowledge to back that up.
  • A hands-on leader, who leads by example, builds a strong team culture, and sets the scene for high performance.
  • A positive and proactive approach with the ability to work under pressure and problem-solve.
  • Excellent grooming standards, professionalism, and reliability.
  • The ability to work a flexible roster, across all days, including weekends, days, evenings, and public and/or school holidays.
