How You’ll Shine

This role will see the successful candidate let their vast skill set shine in Functions & Restaurant Supervision. Your week will focus on planning & executing events across the property, as well as playing an integral part in elevating the experience in the restaurant.

The Role:

You will be the primary point of contact for clients on their event days Manage event setup and breakdown, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution. Oversee operations of Beaches Restaurant, ensuring exceptional service Handle operational duties including opening and closing procedures Assist with roster planning, ordering & social media content. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations


What You’ll Bring

To be successful in this role, you will have the following:

Previous experience in a similar role / Food & Beverage environment within a Resort or Hotel at a supervisory level. Previous leadership or management experience Hold a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification A current Food Safety Certificate Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction A passion for everything food and beverage and sound knowledge to back that up A hands-on leader, who leads by example, builds a strong team culture and sets the scene for high performance A positive and proactive approach with the ability to work under pressure & problem solve Excellent grooming standards, professionalism, and reliability The ability to work a flexible roster, across all days including weekends, days, evenings & public and/or school holidays
