Senior Technical Leader Opportunity

In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for guiding technical direction and mentoring engineers within our Product & Engineering squads. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of making sound architectural decisions and will be comfortable balancing hands-on coding with leadership responsibilities.

This role is part of a high-growth environment where we are scaling our SaaS platform. As a Senior Technical Leader, you will play a key role in shaping the technical vision and strategy of our squads.

The successful candidate will have strong expertise in at least one part of our stack (React/TypeScript, Ruby on Rails, or Python) and will be able to effectively communicate technical trade-offs to stakeholders.

Key Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Engineer/Tech Lead in a scaling B2B SaaS company.
  • Strong expertise in at least one part of our stack (React/TypeScript, Ruby on Rails, or Python).
  • Comfortable balancing hands-on coding with leadership responsibilities.
  • Track record of making sound architectural decisions and guiding teams through technical trade-offs.
