Job Title

Drive Change Management for Production Excellence

  • Achieve Operational Efficiency through Proactive Process Improvements

As our Production Technical Lead, you will play a key role in driving and supporting the Change Management process for Production related matters. You will be responsible for creating and managing change configurations to manufacturing processes, documentation, and tool information.

The ideal candidate will possess solid knowledge and experience driving and managing Change Management processes and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and implement changes following the change control procedure, ensuring that change scope, rationale, and supportive information are clearly documented and explained to stakeholders.
  2. Engage change management collaborators and reviewers to address and resolve any issues and minimize delays in review and approval processes.
  3. Liaise with all relevant stakeholders to implement and transfer configuration and operational details between key systems Arena and QAD.
