Job Title: Support Worker for Older Adults and People with Disabilities

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as support workers in various locations. As a support worker, you will be responsible for providing care and assistance to clients in their homes or community-based settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Supporting clients with mobility, communication, and cognitive impairments by assisting with tasks such as meal preparation, grocery shopping, and domestic duties.

Requirements include an Aged Care qualification or relevant experience, ability to work independently and as part of a team, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and empathy and understanding of the needs of older adults and people with disabilities.
