We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a senior business advisor. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality financial and tax services to clients, while leading and mentoring a team of professionals.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business or Commerce with an Accounting major, 5-7 years' experience in professional services, and strong technical knowledge in accounting and taxation.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and oversee the preparation of financial statements and tax returns across a range of entities
  • Provide strategic tax planning and business advisory services to clients
  • Analyse financial data and develop financial models to support client decision-making
  • Identify and resolve complex accounting and tax issues
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering practical and commercial advice
  • Manage workflow and team performance, ensuring high-quality outcomes
  • Mentor and develop junior staff, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively support clients
