Renewable Energy Investment Opportunity

This is an exciting role to join our team in Sydney, where you will be part of a dynamic and multi-disciplinary group. We are looking for an investment professional with a strong understanding of the renewable energy industry, who can work across various deal processes and help deliver on our M&A ambitions.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in an investment bank, private equity house, or corporate finance team, and will possess strong financial modelling skills. They will also be able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and demonstrate a commercial mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To work across various deal processes, including M&A transactions and portfolio management
  • To develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • To identify and evaluate investment opportunities
  • To prepare and present financial models and reports

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an investment bank, private equity house, or corporate finance team
  • Strong financial modelling skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commercial mindset and ability to think strategically
