About Us:

We are seeking a seasoned Investment Professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and executing growth generation projects in line with our renewable energy strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective investment performance evaluation reports, reconciling performance with investment managers and custodians, and comparing to various benchmarks and peer groups.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of acquisitions and divestments globally, including research of potential targets and development of financial models.
  • Analyse competitors and prepare benchmarking reports and target analysis.
  • Create investment presentations for full and half-year results and analyst reports.
  • Evaluate analyst reports on the company's position and that of its competitors.
  • Develop business plans for market entry of operations into local markets.
  • Manage joint ventures, strategic alliances, and new businesses.
  • Perform financial analysis and modelling of operating results, preparing executive and board reports.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, fund managers, and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Degree in finance, business, economics, engineering, or related field.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a professional services firm (consulting, chartered accounting, finance) or commerce with exposure to energy projects.
  • Progress towards CPA, SIA designation or master's degree in business or finance a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated working style.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
