Senior Financial Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Director to join our organization in a leadership position.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
  • Partner with the leadership team to provide commercial insights and recommendations.
  • Implement and optimize ERP systems to streamline financial operations.
  • Manage audits, internal controls, risk management, and statutory compliance.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Accountant (CA/CPA/CFA/CMA) with 5+ years' experience in senior finance roles.
  • Strong commercial and operational acumen, ideally with experience in the transport or logistics sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in ERP implementation and finance system optimization.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing finance teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence executives and operational leaders.
