Job Title: Strategic Leader in Public Sector Finance

Job Description

We are seeking a strategic leader with a passion for public sector finance and corporate governance to join our team as a Service Manager Corporate Finance.

This role plays a vital part in delivering and leading financial services across:

  • Corporate taxation advisory and compliance
  • Financial reporting and reconciliations (monthly and annual)
  • Capital and asset accounting
  • Treasury management functions

The successful candidate will manage a high-performing team, driving service excellence and ensuring compliance with statutory obligations and organisational policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, corporate taxation, treasury, and asset management
  • Proven leadership in team development, service delivery and performance improvement
  • Demonstrated experience in statutory reporting and asset accounting within a complex organisation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools relevant to medium-to-large or government organisations
