Job Description

We are seeking Female Casual Disability Support Workers who have experience in supporting participants with highly complex needs. The ideal candidate will be able to manage participants who require support with complex care and high physical needs.

  • Assist participants with personal care and daily living activities.
  • Provide support with medication management and other healthcare-related tasks.

The successful applicant will work in Supported Disability Accommodation to support those with medical needs and manual handling requirements. This is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our participants and enable them to live independently.

Mandatory Requirements
  • Cert III/IV or Diploma/Degree/Masters in a relevant field.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • NDIS Orientation module (NDIS Quality Safety & You).
  • Working with Children Check (underage participants only).
  • Driver's Licence.
  • Car Insurance.
  • Reliable vehicle.

Please note that all applicants must have at least 3 years of experience as a DSW in the NDIS sector and be available for sleepovers and active night shifts.
