About the Role

We are looking for support workers to help individuals who have complex care and high physical needs. The ideal candidate will have industry experience, manual handling skills, and the following attributes:

  • Experience managing participants who require support with complex care and high physical needs.
  • A passion for supporting individuals to realise their full potential, make choices, and be in control of the decisions that affect their lives.
  • Professional Development opportunities for learning and career growth.
  • We are seeking Casual Disability Support Workers who have experience in supporting participants with highly complex needs.
  • You will work in Supported Disability Accommodation to support those with medical needs and manual handling requirements to live in an environment that maximises personal growth and independence.
  • Enable our participants to shape and improve their lives.
  • Create opportunities, are champions of connecting their abilities, and inspire partnerships of support that encourage every individual to realise their full potential.

    • Cert III/IV, Diploma, Degree, Masters.
    • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
    • NDIS Orientation module (NDIS Quality Safety & You).

    • Driver's Licence.
