Centre Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated leader to take on a Centre Director or Centre Manager role in our team.

  • Provide visionary leadership and guidance to a team of educators and teachers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Work closely with the Area Manager and other Centre Managers to share best practices, plan for succession, and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Assist with mentoring kindergarten and below 3's program staff, promoting professional growth and development.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF).
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, providing empathetic support to families and colleagues alike.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with co-educators, promoting a collaborative work environment.
Requirements
  • Proven experience working in early childhood services or preschools within Australia.
  • Minimum 1 year experience as an Assistant Director.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or Diploma of Children Services, approved by ACECQA.
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Centre Manager, or equivalent experience as an Assistant Manager.
  • Current First Aid qualifications.
  • Current Anaphylaxis training.
  • Current Asthma qualifications.
  • Current VIT / WWCC registration.
