We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences through outstanding service and quality food and drinks.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a high-volume hospitality role, with previous leadership experience. They will be responsible for supervising line staff and managing daily restaurant operations, as well as training and supervising bar and wait staff to ensure high product knowledge and exceptional service.

Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Supervise line staff, manage daily restaurant operations, maintain cleanliness standards, and control stock levels and inventory
  • Training and Development: Train and supervise bar and wait staff to ensure high product knowledge and exceptional service
  • Cash Handling and Reconciliation: Handle cash, perform till reconciliation, and manage opening and closing procedures
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years experience in a high-volume hospitality role, with previous leadership experience
  • Skills: Exceptional personal presentation and hygiene, strong organizational and time management skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Certifications: Current RSA and relevant qualifications
