Green Space Leadership Opportunity

In this senior role, you will have the chance to make a lasting impact on our outdoor spaces. By combining your passion for horticulture with your talent for leadership, you will be responsible for guiding and developing a dedicated team of professionals.

  • Lead and develop a skilled team of gardeners and groundskeepers
  • Schedule and prioritize tasks and team activities to ensure efficient completion
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess conditions, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
  • Liaise with clients to understand their preferences, address concerns, and provide updates on project progress
  • Actively participate in team tasks alongside team members to demonstrate a commitment to teamwork and collaboration
  • Maintain equipment and arrange for repairs as needed to ensure optimal performance

About You

As a successful candidate, you will possess:

  • Qualifications in horticulture or a related field are desirable but not essential
  • Experience working with various gardening and maintenance tools and techniques
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of developing and motivating teams
  • A strong commitment to safety and adherence to protocols
  • Construction White Card or willingness to obtain
  • Valid Driver's license is essential
  • Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
