About this role:

We are looking for a skilled outdoors person to join our crew responsible for maintaining and enhancing green spaces across various council-controlled roadsides and open spaces within Logan.

  • Maintaining and enhancing green spaces requires attention to detail, pride in work and ability to work as part of a team.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience with zero turn mowing and brush cutting of open spaces.
  • A valid manual driver's license and White Card are also requirements for the role.

Key responsibilities include working alongside a team, operating mowing equipment safely and efficiently, performing regular inspections on equipment and ensuring lawns and green spaces are maintained to a high standard.

What we're looking for

We require:

  • Previous experience in zero turn mowing and brush cutting of open spaces
  • A valid manual driver's license
  • A White Card
  • An ACDC license (highly regarded)
  • Punctuality and reliability
  • A willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards
