About the Role

In this dynamic position, you'll play a crucial role in executing the marketing, events, and communications strategies for a professional services firm. You'll work closely with stakeholders, managers, and clients to deliver exceptional marketing initiatives and engaging events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute social media posts, blogs, and website updates to enhance the company's online presence.
  • Assist in designing and producing marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations, to promote the company's services.
  • Manage promotional items and materials, including event collateral and merchandise, to ensure a cohesive brand image.
  • Coordinate client seminars and events, including logistics, catering, and audio-visual equipment, to create memorable experiences.
  • Maintain marketing databases and calendars to track progress and plan future initiatives.
  • Provide analytics and reporting on marketing activities to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Support the Business Development & Marketing team in various projects, including market research, competitor analysis, and campaign development.

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in a Marketing / Business Development role within a professional services or corporate setting.
  • Tertiary education in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong creative outlook and attention to detail to develop innovative marketing strategies and materials.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite to create and edit marketing materials.
  • Understanding of CRM, Email Marketing, SEO, and Google Analytics to track and analyze marketing performance.
  • Experience with digital media platforms to create engaging online content.
  • Candidates must have full unrestricted Australian working rights.
